New Incentive Opportunity:
Flexible Spending Account Contribution for WellCheck Program
Effective July 1, 2014, the MUS Benefits Plan will provide a $250 contribution to a tax-advantaged medical flexible spending account (FSA) for each active eligible employee plan member who completes a MUS WellCheck during the fall of 2013 or the spring of 2014. Covered member households are eligible to receive funding up to $500 in the eligible employee's FSA. Retirees and affiliate plan members are not eligible for this FSA/WellCheck incentive.
