The new Plan Year is July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015.

New Subscriber ID Numbers and ID Cards

Everyone will be assigned system generated ID numbers that will be printed on your new ID cards.  Effective July 1, you will no longer use the employee Social Security number as your ID number
Be sure to update all of your providers with your new ID number effective July 1, 2014, to ensure proper processing of your claims.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Debit Cards

Any qualifying claims for dates of service July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014, must be submitted for reimbursement no later than September 30, 2014.  If they are not submitted by this deadline, you can no longer receive reimbursement for these dates of service. However, NEW this year, up to $500 of any remaining balance in your medical FSA can roll into the new plan year after October 1, 2014.  Any remaining balance in your dependent FSA or any balance over $500 in your medical FSA is forfeited if you do not submit for reimbursement by September 30, 2014.
