Consortium for Healthcare Education Online (CHEO)
The CHEO project is funded through a $14,171,229 U.S. Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) four-year grant (2012-2016.) Eight institutions are participating in this project and will develop or transition identified courses in allied health programs into hybrid and/or online formats.
Colorado Community College System (CCCS)
A system of 13 colleges serving over 150,000 students.
The CCCS NANSLO node contains a production lab and is adding a faculty sandbox as part of the Consortium for Healthcare Education
Online (CHEO) project. This node serves as the primary field test site for new NANSLO lab experiments.
North Island College (NIC)
Located on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. NIC is the primary development lab and is a NANSLO node.
Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE)
One of four regional compacts established by the U.S. Congress in the early 1950s to facilitate the sharing of information and resources among higher education institutions in its region. It serves 15 states and one U.S. territory.
WICHE is the coordinatoring partner and fiscal agent for NANSLO.
