Industrial Technician CAS; In the first-year students will study AC/DC theory & application, industrial controls, safety, rigging, mechanical systems, motors, generators, hydraulic/pneumatics, machining, and troubleshooting. See program description for detailed coursework (link, see attached)
Program courses begin in the fall, but you can start on you Math, writing or other classes in any semester.
The CAS is 1 year/2 semesters, and the AAS degrees are 2 years/ 4 semesters
No, there is no additional application after applicants apply to the College and get accepted. Application for College can be found HERE.
There are a limited number of spots in each program Applications that are received after the programs are filled will be kept on file in case a student who was accepted is unable to attend.
If a student is not admitted to the program for the semester desired, options include but are not limited to: Wait for the next semester and reapply. Choose another program offered by the College. If you need help contact us at information@gfcmsu.edu or call 406-771-5132.
