“WHAT DOES THE CAMPUS NEED MOST? WHY?”
• Classroom space. I can't even count the number
of classrooms that have been lost in the past
years, converted to offices, the Testing Center,
program-specific rooms or spaces. I get it, but
holding classes is literally why we have a building.
• A yoga/workout space for life-long learning
courses. • More students to create a better academic
atmosphere • Some parts of the building need to be updated.
As the building ages and becomes dated it gives
the impression that it is being neglected.
or moving here from out of town for specific
programs. • Help understanding financial aid better. payment
dates and so on.
• Updated carpet/paint in several areas. Something
to make the B-wing and the older parts of campus
feel more 'upbeat.'
• Renumbering of rooms so the room numbers
make sense to people trying to find rooms.
Nobody knows what A, B, R, and G mean.
• Housing for students - students that come to
Great Falls do not have affordable or any housing
options at all
• A unified look
• The campus may need more outside study areas
• Better flow or people at entrances to help visitors
• As we move back to in-classroom offerings with

HyFlex classes, it will be important to have a variety
of large classroom options available throughout
the day as well as a few small conference rooms.
• More maps, it’s hard to find classrooms
• I think the campus has most things we need.
Possible another food option.
• A student lounge area and rec hall that's not
connected to the eating area, weight room would
be nice also.
• A sense of pride because it will help students in
their motivation to succeed.
• Walking path. Outdoor study areas. Better
lighting in B wing. Better (larger, clearer) signage
directing traffic to each wing.
• A real student center so there is a common
gathering place.
• I think campus needs to have more events for
students, it seems kind of lifeless 90% of the
time. Also, I think dorms would be fantastic, as a
homeless student, I think this would be extremely
beneficial for students who are homeless
find things.
majority of our students come to class and then
leave immediately once their classes are over.
Fewer and fewer students appear to be spending
time on campus outside of their classes, which
makes the campus seem empty and somewhat
less vibrant and welcoming than it could be. One
comment I consistently hear from students is
dissatisfaction with the food options available on
campus. • It's not a campus without students just existing
there. • Nooks for students
• More access for students to study on weekends.
This is based on Student needs.
• Some energy. It just feels like after covid, there is
that energy missing.
• Dorms, students that come to great falls for
clinical and need a place to stay.
• Increased enrollment
