“IF YOU COULD MOVE SOMETHING ON CAMPUS, WHAT WOULD
IT BE AND WHERE WOULD YOU MOVE IT?”
• Can't really think of anything I would move.

• I would not move anything.

• I can’t think of anything that I would move.

• Academic support center services, tutoring,
student engagement and accommodations into
the library space. There would be more light,
modern furnishings and space.

• I would me love the cafeteria closer to the front of
the school because most things are in that area
• I would like an enhanced workroom in the B-wing
with a copy machine/scanner. There are two
relatively redundant work rooms in the main
faculty office area in the R-wing.

• I would move the library and bookstore closer
together • I would move a few restaurants onto campus.

• A gym with an athletics department to help create
a sense of community and pride.

• Printing services/mailboxes. Near student
services? • CCRC should move to a more accessible and
central location (like the current ASC).

• ASC should move to the Weaver Library
• I wouldn't move anything, but I think we should
add more to our library.

• The space of the south court to the atrium so
24 Great Falls College MSU
more students could have tables and chairs to sit
and meet there. That would be a nice gathering
space (although the echo might be an issue).

• Pull student support services together -- could be
library area or centered around the current ASC
• Advising--too hard for students to find and they
have to go through "offices" and people they
don’t' know to get there.

• I would move the bookstore as close as possible
to the main Atrium entrance. This would put more
of the places other than classrooms that a student
might need to visit during the day in one central
"hub" area, and could also allow for something like
a coffee kiosk to be set up just inside the main
doors that could be popular with students & staff.

• The library in the academic success center feel
like they are competing for student study areas.

• EMT classroom- closer to SIM hospital
• I would like to see a park area constructed just
south of the dental wing. Between dental and
admin. It is protected from the wind on three
sides. Trees, a water feature, a terraced area like
a small auditorium so classes can do outdoor
lectures. It would also be a great place for
outdoor lunches/socializing. Most campuses
have park like areas for students and staff... we do
not have an area like this.

• Food Pantry more visible. Possibly move it to
book store area.

“ARE THERE ANY PLACES ON CAMPUS THAT FEEL UNSAFE TO YOU? IF YES, WHERE?”
• No
• None I feel safe everywhere
• Unsafe? I would say the parking lot with no sense
of security around the campus. No sight of guards
and visible cameras.

• B wind stairwells
• I don't feel safe studying in the area outside of the
academic success center unless I have a friend
with me. There are a lot of people who like to hang
out up there and it gets very loud and tends to
increase my anxiety if I'm alone.

• South parking lot at night
• Upstairs B200 by EMS rooms -- dark and isolated
• B wing classrooms
• I always park in the North lot when I know I'll be
on campus in the evening, as the South lot feels
quite isolated after hours especially when it's dark
outside in the winter. I wouldn't say I feel unsafe
anywhere though.

• Only the parking lot when everyone is gone after
open lab in the evening.

“DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE SPACE ON CAMPUS? WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT IT?”
• The library is a wonderful space. It has physical
space, natural light, and newer computers and
equipment. • The Atrium. I like the high ceilings and the natural
light. • I do not have a favorite space. I like the campus
and the way it is laid out.

• Atrium. Windows and lots of light.

• Atrium-the light!
• I like the library, it’s quiet and has a comfortable
feel about it. Nobody makes fun of you for trying
to study. They also have many places that you
can study, desks, tables, study rooms, and white
boards. I just feel safe there.

• I like the ASC because I work there and students
• The area right below the main stairs. The seating
• I like the atrium that you first access upon
• Atrium: it's very beautiful, very 'instagramable,' it's
sometimes congregate in and around it.

entering the building. The lofty ceiling and ample
light make it a very pretty space.

• Atrium, library, and dental clinic. Lighting,
furnishings, openness, colors.

• I don’t really have a favorite space, I just really
enjoy study areas.

• I like the atrium space because there is a lot of
natural light.

• I like all of the seating areas they’re nice for
studying • I like the different sofas and cozy chairs. It's a nice
place to stop and review classes before going to
the testing center.

• In front of the Learning center or the lunch area.

I like to be in front of the learning center because
the wall plugs are convenient for my laptop and
you can always walk five feet to get help if needed.

• The Native American Enrichment Center because
its quiet where one can study well and kill time
between classes as one can eat and drink.

area with windows. Its open and inviting.

open, gets natural light.

• I like the South Court. Just an informal area, near
the bookstore (food).

• The student areas in the science hallway where
students can gather but are near faculty offices so
they can grab their instructor for help if needed --
nice big windows there too.

• I love the corner windows in the atrium
• Study areas in A science wing
• The atrium area due to plenty of natural light and
windows. It's a pleasant place to sit down and
eat lunch or just take a break for a few minutes
between classes.

• I like the areas that are bright. I also like the new
tech space/ anatomy space in the library.

• I like the atrium outside of the library. I like all the
windows. • Simulated Hospital
