2016 Every two years, a team from Montana State
University conducts a thorough building condition
assessment. The team from MSU is made up
of personnel from facilities, an architect and an
engineer, as well as the Director of Facilities. All
systems are analyzed and assigned a deficiency
ratio based on condition and expected lifespan
of the system.

that rise above the 25% deficiency ratio. None apply
to critical functions of campus and can be addressed
