Purpose

The Administrative Unit Review Committee supports the mission of Great Falls College MSU by facilitating the self-evaluation of campus units using established criteria.

Committee Responsibilities

  • Guide the self-evaluation of units at Great Falls College MSU by developing processes, tools, and guidance for reflective practice and internal accountability.
  • Assist units in assessing their efficiency, effectiveness, and quality through their self-evaluation and SOAR analysis.
  • Provide feedback on the self-evaluation leading to unit recommendations that will improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Present summary to campus leadership and other committees.
  • Improve its own processes as necessary.

Membership

  • Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness
  • Reporting and Grants Coordinator
  • (4) Staff members ideally from a general cross-section of campus
  • (1) Faculty

Term Limits

No term limits for identified roles, three academic years for staff and faculty (term may be renewed for up to two consecutive terms).
