Purpose
Use a data-informed process to align fiscal, academic, student support and engagement, and enrollment resources to accomplish the college’s mission and strategic plan, ensuring the college’s long-term enrollment success and fiscal health.
Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and oversee a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan
- Launch new credit and non-credit academic and training programs
- Evaluate admissions and enrollment processes
- Coordinate with program directors to evaluate student pipelines
- Coordinate efforts with DREAM Committee to align recruitment and enrollment efforts with retention efforts
- Annually review and recommend actions pertaining to the following:
- Academic calendar
- Student fees, waivers, and scholarship opportunities
- Marketing and communications to potential students
- Recruitment and enrollment activities
- Academic success measures
- Scheduling of programs/courses
