Purpose

Use a data-informed process to align fiscal, academic, student support and engagement, and enrollment resources to accomplish the college’s mission and strategic plan, ensuring the college’s long-term enrollment success and fiscal health.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan
  • Launch new credit and non-credit academic and training programs
  • Evaluate admissions and enrollment processes
  • Coordinate with program directors to evaluate student pipelines
  • Coordinate efforts with DREAM Committee to align recruitment and enrollment efforts with retention efforts
  • Annually review and recommend actions pertaining to the following:
    • Academic calendar
    • Student fees, waivers, and scholarship opportunities
    • Marketing and communications to potential students
    • Recruitment and enrollment activities
    • Academic success measures
    • Scheduling of programs/courses

Members of Strategic Enrollment Management currently include:

Term Limits: 3 years for faculty members and academic program director.
