Purpose
- To encourage constructive relationships among the students, the faculty, staff, and the administration.
- To supplement and complement formal education on the Great Falls College Montana State University campus.
- To represent student interests, needs, and welfare within the campus.
- To provide for the expression of student opinion and interests to the community at large on issues affecting student life.
- To protect the privileges and rights of students at Great Falls College and the Montana University System.
Committee Responsibilities
- Provide Great Falls College student views and representation on the Montana Associated Students advisory board.
- Discuss and approve initiatives and concepts presented and brought forward by students and student organizations.
- Discuss and approve student fees presented on a biennial basis.
- Discuss and approve spending of equipment and computer fees spring and fall semester.
- Provide leadership development opportunities for students.
- Provide engaging activities for students throughout the academic year.
- Advocate fiscal responsibility for student fees collected.
