hi everyone I'm Rachel Bruce I'm the program director here at Great Falls College dental hygiene three reasons why I chose to go into dental hygiene first to enjoy a flexible lifestyle I knew I'd likely never have to work nights or weekends second I get to educate patients about the importance of oral health getting those aha moments from patients when they learn something from us is such an amazing thing third dental hygienist earn a competitive salary with a 2-year associate degree some students are even being offered a job before they start Tak classes my instructors in the program are so well educated you go to each instructor for something different cuz most of them have worked in the field they were dental hygienist for 10 years for 15 years and then they come to teach and I think that's so important because they can give actual feedback on this is my experience they're just all amazing and they know exactly what we're going through
