Why Pursue Office Management & Supervision?

The Great Falls College Office Management and Supervision program is designed to be flexible. The entire program can be completed online, and you have the option to take classes in a variety of formats.  Small class sizes provide you with the opportunity to develop connections with other students and faculty members with experience working directly in the field. The Office Management and Supervision program also has internship opportunities available if you want to build skills and earn credits in a workplace setting.

Graduates are prepared to:

  • Create and maintain business records.
  • Use office software applications.
  • Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.
  • Apply an understanding of common business structures and functions on the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and direct office services.
  • Analyze the legal and ethical implications of business decisions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of current application and practice related to the supervision of others.
