The Administrative Unit Review Committee supports the mission of Great Falls College by facilitating self-evaluations of campus units based on established criteria.
Areas of responsibility
Guide the self-evaluation of units at Great Falls College by developing processes, tools, and guidance for reflective practice and internal accountability.
Facilitate the self-assessment of a unit’s efficiency, effectiveness, and quality by considering their SOAR results to complete a self-evaluation.
Provide feedback and guidance throughout the process to support units in identifying at least one recommendation to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and/or quality of their service.
Present summary of results to campus leadership and other committees.
Improve its own processes as necessary.
