Strategic Goals

All units and committees are expected to identify a strategic goal that aligns with a target metric of the strategic plan. Goals can be one-to-five years long, so long as they can be completed by the time the current strategic plan ends.

 

Please using the following link to submit a new strategic goal. All goals will be reviewed and documented by the Strategic Analysis and Reporting (StAR) Committee.

 

Unit leads and committee chairs will submit progress updates through their Weave account by Jan. 31 and July 31 every year. These updates provide context to the target metric results and track progress toward strategic initiatives.
