StAR (Strategic Analysis & Reporting) supports the campus strategic plan by developing, tracking, analyzing and reporting on key metrics, while also assisting divisions in creating measurable goals to drive strategic success.
Areas of responsibility
Assist in drafting the strategic plan;
Monitor and report on strategic plan and other strategic metrics;
Assess institutional effectiveness data annually and make recommendations for consideration by Executive and College Councils for areas of opportunity or concern to be addressed.
Communicate processes and results of various StAR activities, meetings, and recommendations to the campus.
Membership
Membership is based on position at the College; staff and faculty is on a rotating basis. Chair position is selected annually.
