Great Falls College has been recognized as a 2026–2027 military‑friendly school, an acknowledgment of the college’s continued investment in supporting veterans, active‑duty service members and military‑connected families across northcentral Montana.

The designation is based on public data and a detailed survey evaluating each institution’s support for military students, including recruitment, retention, academic progress, graduation outcomes, financial aid and campus culture. More than 3,200 schools participated in this year’s review cycle.

Great Falls College provides dedicated advising, credit for military experience, flexible scheduling options and personalized pathways that help students balance service, family responsibilities and academic goals.

“Our military‑connected students bring leadership, resilience and purpose to our campus,” said Charla Merja, director of Student CARE and Academic Success at Great Falls College. “The military‑friendly designation highlights our commitment to meeting them where they are and supporting their success through flexible programs, personalized advising and a welcoming environment. We are proud to stand with those who have served and to help them reach their academic and career goals.”
