What is eduroam?
eduroam (education roaming) is a secure wireless network that is available to participating universities and institutions in the United States and abroad. It allows traveling Great Falls College students, faculty, and staff to securely connect to the Internet at any institution that is an eduroam member.
Additionally, visitors from other eduroam institutions can securely access the Internet while at Great Falls College, using credentials specified by their own institution.
When do I use eduroam?
Traveling Great Falls College faculty, staff, and students use eduroam when visiting other eduroam-enabled institutions. Access the eduroam network using your Great Falls College Net ID and password.
Configure the eduroam connection on your device before traveling so that you can test the connection.
How do I connect to eduroam?
Access eduroam using your Great Falls College NetID and NetID password.
To connect:
- Choose eduroam from the list of available networks.
- Enter [email protected] in the Username field.
For example: [email protected] - Enter your NetID password in the Password field.
