Important Dates to Remember
Bills Due Dates: Fall Semester 2026
TUITION/FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE is August 10, 2026, by 5 p.m. MT for students registered prior to August 10, 2026, for any block.
DROP for Nonpayment Tuition/Fee payment Deadline is August 24, 2026, by 5 p.m. MT for students registered up to and including August 24, 2026.
Deferred Fee Payment Plan 16-week and/or 1st 8-week Block
1st Payment Deadline Due Date: August 10, 2026, by 5:00pm
Note: If registered after Aug 10, Due Date is August 24, 2026, by 5:00 PM MT
2nd Payment Due Date: September 24, 2026
3rd Payment Due Date: October 24, 2026
Final Payment Due Date: November 24, 2026
DROP for NONPAYMENT TUITION/FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR 2nd 8-week Block ONLY is October 26, by 5:00 PM MT for students registered up to and including October 26, 2026.
Deferred Fee Payment Plan 2nd 8-week Block Only (offered to students registered on or after October 16, 2026).
1st Payment Deadline Due Date: October 26, 2026, by 5:00 PM MT
Final Payment Due Date: November 26, 2026

Refund & Bookstore Charge Dates
Students who have adequate financial aid to pay tuition and fees and books may elect to have a bookstore charge account created at the Great Falls College Bookstore.
Individual students may be assigned a lower charge limit, based on the student’s available financial aid. Contact the Financial Aid Office to request an increase in the charge limit.
