Important Dates to Remember
Bills Due Dates: Spring Semester 2026
TUITION/FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE is December 29, 2025, by 5 p.m. MT for students registered prior to December 29, 2025, for any block.
DROP for Nonpayment Tuition/Fee payment Deadline is January 12, 2026, by 5 p.m. MT for students registered up to and including January 12, 2026.
Deferred Fee Payment Plan 16 week and/or 1st 8-week Block
1st Payment Deadline Due Date: December 29, 2025, by 5:00pm MT
NOTE: If registered after Dec. 29th, Due Date is January 12, 2025, by 5:00pm MT
2nd Payment Due Date: February 12, 2026.
3rd Payment Due Date: March 16, 2026.
Final Payment Due Date: April 16, 2026
Deferred Fee Payment Plan 2nd 8-week Block Only (offered to students registered on or after March 6, 2026)
1st Payment Deadline Due Date: March 16, 2026, by 5 p.m. MT
Final Payment Due Date: April 16, 2026

DROP for Nonpayment Tuition/Fee payment Deadline is May 26, 2026, by 5 p.m. MT for students registered up to and including May 26, 2026.
Deferred Fee Payment Plan Sing 8-week Session
1st Payment Deadline Due Date: May 26, 2026, by 5:00pm
Final Payment Due Date: June 26, 2026
Refund & Bookstore Charge Dates
Students who have adequate financial aid to pay tuition and fees and books may elect to have a bookstore charge account created at the Great Falls College Bookstore.
Individual students may be assigned a lower charge limit, based on the student’s available financial aid. Contact the Financial Aid Office to request an increase in the charge limit.
