Library Services & Access for other MSU Students
Weaver Library at Great Falls College is proud to provide reciprocal services to students living in Great Falls enrolled at other MSU campuses. If you are a student enrolled at MSU Bozeman, Billings or Northern you are granted the same library priveleges as Great Falls College students including:
- student printing accounts
- borrowing materials
- interlibrary loan services
- library space use, including study rooms
- research support
- database access on campus
Library Accounts
In order to get set up with a library account you will need to visit our circulation desk and fill out a form. We are not able to pull your information in from MyMSU Great Falls College across institutions, so we will need to manually set up your library account. With a library account you will be able to check out books and other physical materials from the library. You do not need a library account to access online resources or study spaces.
Printing Accounts
In order to get set up with a printing account you will need to visit our circulation desk and fill out a form. This is another account we need to add manually. A printing account is required to use the student printers in Weaver Library. Like Great Falls College students, other MSU students will be given a $30 printing credit each semester.
If you do not wish to set up a printing account, you may send print jobs from our community computer stations in the front corner of the library. These print jobs will be held in a queue and need to be released by a library staff member. If you choose this method, we accept cash only for printing costs.
