Olsen & Peters Dental Group is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team beginning in June. This position is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option to add two half-day Fridays per month (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) during the school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every patient
• Perform comprehensive screenings, including health history reviews, oral health assessments, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal/restorative charting
• Provide prophylaxis, patient education, and fluoride treatments as needed
• Take dental radiographs and administer local anesthesia
• Accurately document treatments, dentist consultations, and recommended future care
• Maintain proper sterilization and sharpening of instruments

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (required)
• Active Montana Dental Hygiene and Anesthetic License (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Experience maintaining and preparing dental equipment
