Tri Peaks Dental is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist committed to providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care. This role emphasizes patient education, trust-building, and clinical excellence. We are a beautiful, new dental facility located in the absolute best place to live, Manhattan, MT! Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting.

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care in accordance with clinical standards.

• Educate patients on diagnosed treatment needs in an ethical, patient-centered manner.

• Support practice production goals while maintaining quality of care.

• Build long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications:

• Active Montana Dental Hygienist license.

• Strong communication and patient education skills.

• Commitment to clinical excellence and professionalism.

Compensation:

• Estimated hourly range: $44–$60/hour
