We are a faith-based group childcare provider located at Victory Church, serving up to 15 children, ages 0–5. Our goal is to provide exceptional care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment, allowing them to grow, learn, and thrive.

Position Overview

We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and caring individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited to be around children, passionate about early childhood development, and committed to helping each child reach their full potential. No experience is needed, as we are willing to train the right individual. Potential for full-time or part-time position availability. Pay is dependent on experience and schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide attentive, compassionate care for children ages 0–5.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth through play and structured activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the owners to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Uphold the personalized and caring values of our facility in daily interactions.

Requirements:

• Must pass all state-required background checks.
• Completion of mandatory state trainings (or willingness to complete upon hire).
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
