Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Montana Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their goals
Instruct and progress therapeutic exercise programs
Provide therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
Contribute to a positive patient experience and supportive clinic environment
