Health Professions

Health professions majors have an interest in the human body, biology, math, chemistry, communication, and are computer literate.

Health professions majors will complete a variety of science courses as well as Psychology, Sociology, Medical Terminology, Math, and English. Students who are accepted into competitive entry programs will progress through coursework that includes clinical experiences in medical facilities. Programs also exist for those who prefer computer interaction rather than hands on direct patient contact.
