Bringing the U to You lecture series begins on Jan. 26

The U to You Lecture Series begins on Thursday, Jan. 26, in Heritage Hall on Great Falls College's campus.

The 22nd annual Bringing the U to You lecture series is coming to Great Falls College MSU again this winter.

The series kicks of with Montana State professor Mark Fiege’s talk titled “Public Lands Public Unifiers” from 7-9 p.m. in Heritage Hall on Thursday, Jan. 26.

Next up is MSU professor Jeffrey Conger on Feb. 9. He will discuss the “Hidden Strengths of Dyslexia.”

University of Montana professor Dexter Roberts will speak on the “Myth of Chinese Capitalism: Challenges to China’s Future as a Global Superpower” on Feb. 23.

UM professor Hilary Martens will wrap up the series on March 9 when she will be discussing “Tracking Water Resources and Drought Conditions with Space Satellites.”

All lectures run from 7-9 p.m. in Heritage Hall on Great Falls College’s campus. Season tickets for all four lectures are $25 and available for purchase at 406-899-0277 or at Kaufman’s Menswear Centre, 411 Central Ave., or Leslie’s Hallmark, Holiday Village Mall. Single-lecture general admission tickets are $10 per person/$5 per student and can be purchased at the door.
