GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The Center for Lifelong Learning at Great Falls College MSU is excited to announce that registration for summer camps and classes starts on Monday, April 27.

The center not only has an exciting summer of activities planned for children and adults, with face-to-face and online options, it also has partnered with Ed2Go to offer a series of professional development courses on everything from grant writing to steps to a successful job search to accounting to sign language to much more as a way to help you advance in your career.

Cyber Security Camp
Great Falls College MSU has an exciting array of summer classes scheduled, with a mix of online and face-to-face options, including a cyber security camp. In addition to children's camps, there are options for adults too.

This year, the kid's camps range from roller skating to cooking to yoga to designing your own Mario Kart game. These are only a few of the options available. For adults, learn fly fishing, prospecting or the best hikes to take around Great Falls. Most adult classes will happen in July and August. There are a couple of online options happening starting in May.

"We hope that parents find a summer camp that fits their child's interest, while providing great learning opportunities," said Heather Palermo, director of Lifelong Learning. "During the COVID-19 pandemic, we know that kids have been learning online. It is important that Lifelong Learning offers in-person options for kids to learn and have fun."

A summer catalog will be mailed at a later date. However, all of Lifelong Learning's camps and classes can be found online at: www.campusce.net/greatfalls/category/category.aspx.
You can register for summer camps and classes by visiting www.gfcmsu.edu/lifelonglearning, calling 406-268-3734 or emailing lifelonglearning@gfcmsu.edu. Lifelong Learning is not accepting walk-ins at this time.

For those looking for ways to continue Lifelong Learning while quarantined or working from home, Great Falls College partners with Ed2Go to offer online classes in a wide range of areas.
"At this time, we know people want to continue to learn or develop their professional skills but aren't able to attend classes or travel for trainings. Ed2Go provides a variety of online classes taught by professionals at reasonable prices," Palermo said. "Moving in to the new normal, Lifelong Learning knows that providing online options to our community is going to be extremely important."
