Department and Program Curriculum Maps and Assessment Plans

Each program and department has a curriculum map and programs have articulated a plan for assessment. Program reporting models are individualized as noted. General Studies, biology, and welding course assessments will be reported by faculty to Mandy Wright, Director of Teaching and Learning Innovation, based on the reporting schedules linked below. Reporting forms are available in the Program Assessment Team.

Accounting Program Assessment Plan: Program director will submit annual reports in May using program summary document and assessment spreadsheet.

Computer Technology

Cybersecurity Program Assessment Plan: Program director will review curriculum map AY 21-22 and gather assessment data from faculty. Annual report submitted May 2022.

Computer Programming Program Assessment Plan: Curriculum map and plan will be reviewed AY 22-23. Annual report will be submitted in May 2023. 

CIT- Information Systems Support Program Assessment Plan: Curriculum map and plan will be reviewed AY 23-24. Annual report will be submitted in May 2024. 

CIT- Network Support and Security Program Assessment Plan: Curriculum map and plan will be reviewed AY 24-25. Annual report will be submitted in May 2025. 

Dental Assistant Program Assessment Plan: Program director will submit annual assessment of all program outcomes in July using program summary document.

Dental Hygiene Program Assessment Plan: Program director will submit annual assessment of competencies in May using program summary document.

EMS/Paramedic Program Assessment Plan: Program director will submit annual assessment in July using program summary document.

Health Information Coding Specialist/Health Information Technology Program Assessment Plan: Program directors will submit annual assessment in May using program summary document.

Industrial Technology Program Assessment Plan: Outcomes, curriculum map, and plan are under review AY 21-22. Annual report will be submitted in May 2023.

Physical Therapy Assistant Program Assessment Plan: Program director will submit annual report in May using program summary document.

Nursing Program Assessment Plan:Curriculum map and plan will be reviewed AY 22-23. Annual report will be submitted in May 2023.

Respiratory Therapy Program Assessment Plan: Outcomes, curriculum map, and plan are under review AY 21-22. Annual report will be submitted in May 2023.

Surgical Technology Program Assessment Plan: Outcomes, curriculum map, and plan are under review AY 21-22. Annual report will be submitted in May 2023.

Welding Program Assessment Plan: Faculty will individually complete assessment reflection forms following outcomes reporting schedule.
